Writing on the sidewalk

Sidewalk art is a thing this spring. Maybe it’s because people feel cooped up, maybe because they have a lot to say. Probably both. Here’s what I’ve seen lately:

  • Writing on ground: Free plants!
    The altruistic
  • The inclusive
  • The adorable
  • The eye-opening
  • The literary
  • The cartoon to go with the Dickinson poem!
  • The escapist/fantastical/mythological/wish-I-were-a-mermaid-ful
